Warming Up

Muscles need warming up before you work out. Walking is the best way to warm up your muscles. So walk your fingers over to your athletic shoes, put them on, tie the shoelaces, and go!

    Bikram Yoga ensures your muscles are warm enough! My current fave form of exercise.
